Part-time(16-32 hrs) administrative assistant position for Nature Works, a growing ecological landscape company in Lee, MA.
Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday are preferred but schedule is flexible. 6-8 hrs. per day.
Quickbooks desktop experience required. Responsibilities include using Quickbooks for general data entry, accounts payable and receivable, processing work orders to invoices, assistance with weekly office task lists. General office assistance.
