Land Support Agent provides technical support for all land transactions and activities. Prepares lease and royalty paperwork, maintains records of land use and land activity, and performs other support assignments as necessary. Being a Land Support Agent may require a bachelor's degree. ERM is hiring a Land Agent in Ohio . The Land Agent will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy sites.
This is a full-time, limited-term remote and field-based role with 100% travel to and from identified sites throughout the state as required for a duration of 12 months .
Physical demands required for the successful performance of this job include standing and / or walking for long hours in a day on uneven and steep terrain, and possibly during variable weather conditions.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.
