    This position independently performs a wide variety of administrative support functions and serves as a principle point of contact on specific technical aspects or programs related to office administration, resolving recurring technical problems and issues independently. The administrative support functions could include one or more of the following: Budget and Finance; Facilities; Fleet; Property; Procurement; Collections; Timekeeping/Payroll; Travel; Public Contact; Training; Records; and Mail.

    • Prioritize work and multi-task workload in order to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Communicate with tact whether in person or on the phone to provide customer service.
    • Create and maintain various reports in spreadsheets and databases.
    • Use database or spreadsheet software to enter, sort, and retrieve data for standard reports.

    Qualifications

    OR, Combination of Specialized Experience: A combination of education and specialized experience as described above, when combined, equals 100% of the total requirement.
