Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Qualified candidates will excel at contributing to all phases of Civil Engineering projects including the development of design concepts, performing detailed calculations, working within teams in a collaborative manner, producing effective and high quality drawings and specifications, steering projects through their bidding phase and supporting projects throughout construction as they progress to final closeout. The ability to communicate effectively using verbal, graphic, and written means is paramount and a necessity for this position.
Duties
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
