Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This position is a "Surveyor in Training" role, where you learn to be a Surveyor by supporting a Surveyor perform boundary surveys and staking. Education: High School Diploma / GED Knowledge: 6 months experience as a Surveying Assistant (Preferred) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Additional: Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift 75 lbs. Honest, Professional, Organized, Pays Attention to detail, Dependability, Thoroughness, Documentation Skills, Inventory Control, Safety Conscious, Strong Work Ethic, Self-driven with little or no supervision. Must have current and valid drivers license with MVR that meets Company requirements. Must be willing and able to enroll in the DISA Compliance & Policy program. Working Conditions: Mental and physical labors are a part of this job. Working conditions could be indoor or outdoor and the job is subject to extreme weather conditions. Must be able to walk for long periods of time and/or operate ATV’s through a variety of terrains.
