Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. As a member of the Canacre Land Services team you will be primarily responsible for negotiating and acquiring agreements for site acquisition in the infrastructure industries. Your responsibilities will also include ongoing communication with key stakeholders throughout the duration of the project (including clients, landowners and project managers) and to continuously deliver top quality communications and results.

Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (Note: Applicants falling within the stated range is dependent on a variety of factors including geographic location, level of experience, etc.)
