Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective customers
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments for sales or service
• Provide information about vehicles, products, and services to assist customers in their decision-making process
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Input and update customer information accurately in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to coordinate appointments and facilitate customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance goals for lead conversion, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
