Land Support Agent Supervisor jobs in Queens Village, NY

Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Job Overview

    On-Site Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting walk in clients that have an immobilized vehicle. You will be guiding customers with proper case information, case resolution and maintain a high level of professionalism. You will also update real-time customer information on all applications. Coordinate, follow up and track customer issues to provide solutions with all appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution. You will be required to communicate with your direct leadership and possess a high level of computer skill knowledge. You will be required to maintain a professional appearance by wearing business casual attire, closed-toed shoes, provided uniform shirt, and a name tag.

    Key Responsibilities and Skills

    • Manage large lines within the Department of Finance and offer Case review assistance.

    • Interacting with customers and handling customers' inquiry and complaints in a timely manner

    • Update and Document Case information as needed.

    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

    • Keep records of all conversations private and do not disclose sensitive information to anyone outside of RISETEK Global.

    • Any additional tasks assigned.
