Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Description
Looking for an outgoing candidate to be a real estate/title closing agent and market County Land & Title, LLC; located in Schofield, WI. Some travel will be required for marketing events and to conduct closings as needed. This is a full-time, or nearly full-time position. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be actively involved with the Real Estate Closing Team.
· Prepare closing statements and perform residential closings. Work closely with realtors, lenders and sellers/buyers.
· Market the company’s services to prospective customers by providing exceptional customer service.
· Attend networking events and call on both potential and existing customers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Real estate, lending and/or accounting background with direct customer contact is a plus. Complete training and support is provided.
· Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
· Self-starter; ability to work independently
· Strong customer service, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
