Land Surveyor jobs in Burlington, VT

Williston, VT based Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI) has an opening for a Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience.  Must understand survey principles/techniques, and have ability to work independently, traverse construction sites and operate Robotic Total Stations, data collectors and GPS survey units.  

Required Education: Associates Degree in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering Technology, Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities will include: 

• Perform fieldwork for road, bridge, utility, and building stakeouts.
• Computations related to construction stakeout.
• CAD/Drafting
• Keeping detailed field notes of stakeout activities.
• Downloading and processing survey data.
• Communicating and helping to set project schedule with project manager(s)
