Plant Controller
The Plant Controller at our Carlisle, PA facility will be primarily responsible for leading day-to-day accounting operations. This role will report up through the Corporate FP&A Function and provide oversight of the plant’s financial performance. The Controller will provide variance analysis against budget and forecast along with other key performance metrics.
Primarily Responsible For:
Providing analysis of key plant performance metrics, sharing insights with plant operations leadership of performance trends.
Ensuring policy compliance with monthly tracking and analysis of raw material and finished good shrink to provide leadership insights.
Prepare the annual business plan and forecasts for the plant operating departments.
Review and present financial and operating metrics to the plant leadership team to drive continuous improvement in plant costs and other duties as necessary.
Value added member to the plant leadership team.
Assist Corporate Supply Chain FP&A with analysis and key drivers of variances and trends.
Effective coach, mentor and leader for Carlisle FP&A team.
Required Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 6 years’ in Manufacturing/Production Accounting and leadership experience preferably in Food, Dairy or related industries.
MBA, Masters, CMA certification desired.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and ERP Systems.
Proven experience must include analyzing data and using to drive business decisions/results.
Solid understanding of GAAP.
Fortune 500 experience preferred.

Hours: This role may require off shift hours as needed.
