    The Plant Controller at our Carlisle, PA facility will be primarily responsible for leading day-to-day accounting operations. This role will report up through the Corporate FP&A Function and provide oversight of the plant’s financial performance. The Controller will provide variance analysis against budget and forecast along with other key performance metrics.

    Primarily Responsible For:

    • Providing analysis of key plant performance metrics, sharing insights with plant operations leadership of performance trends.

    • Ensuring policy compliance with monthly tracking and analysis of raw material and finished good shrink to provide leadership insights.

    • Prepare the annual business plan and forecasts for the plant operating departments. 

    • Review and present financial and operating metrics to the plant leadership team to drive continuous improvement in plant costs and other duties as necessary.

    • Value added member to the plant leadership team.

    • Assist Corporate Supply Chain FP&A with analysis and key drivers of variances and trends.

    • Effective coach, mentor and leader for Carlisle FP&A team.

    Required Experience & Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 6 years’ in Manufacturing/Production Accounting and leadership experience preferably in Food, Dairy or related industries.

    • MBA, Masters, CMA certification desired.

    • Proficient computer skills in MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and ERP Systems.

    • Proven experience must include analyzing data and using to drive business decisions/results.

    • Solid understanding of GAAP.

    • Fortune 500 experience preferred.

    • Executes outstanding internal customer communication and relationship building techniques.

    • Candidates must become familiar with plant operations by going out to the manufacturing production areas to better understand operating processes.

    Hours: This role may require off shift hours as needed.
