Land Surveyor jobs in New Bedford, MA

Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. is seeking both Junior and Senior land surveyor cad technicians with at least 5 years experience building base plans, analyzing survey data and producing existing conditions plans. As a member of our team, this professional will play a key roles including land and hydrographic survey data analysis, building and analysis of record plan data, working with PLS's to make property line determinations, and preparing construction staking support for field crews. The Senior position will also take the lead to our internal CAD program development and will require a deep understanding of AutoCad Civil 3d and surveying principles. Our ideal candidates have a very solid understanding of Civil 3d, land surveying, working with teams and managing their time effectively. We are looking for "A" level talent to join our team of "A" players. Stated compensation is based on non-licensed professionals and can be increased for the right candidate. Qualifications:

--5 years of land surveying experience in Massachusetts.

--Expert level with AutoCad Civil 3D.

--Experience with Trimble technology a plus

--SIT or PLS registration a big plus;
