Land Surveyor jobs in Pensacola, FL

3D Surveying is looking for team members with experience in Land Surveying as a Party Chief. MUST have 3 years of land surveying experience. Continued employment will be contingent upon your effective leadership of your crew, and the ability to work efficiently with your field and office teams.

Pay rate is dependent on experience. The position is located in Pensacola, Florida but the work area is from Baldwin, AL to Walton County FL.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Receive training and instruction on surveying from your Field Manager.
• Ensure that your assigned truck has the necessary materials for each day’s job.
• Running data collector and correctly enter codes
• Set up and run level.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Ability to work with others in a team setting.
• Ability to take instruction and constructive criticism.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to deal with the public while completing work tasks.
• Reflects positive desire to be a valuable member of the 3D team.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are required; appropriate dress and appearance.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year survey experience as a Rodman, Instrument Man or equivalent role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain badges and certifications that are necessary to enter various sensitive sites and perform work.
