Job Title: Land Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing community development initiatives while ensuring compliance with approved project budgets.
• Facilitate pre-construction meetings and inspections - municipal inspectors and utility reps
• Ensure daily coordination and effective communication with multiple internal departments, field personnel, site contractors, subcontractors, field consultants, and representatives from jurisdictional agencies.
• Daily site visits
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements; traffic and dust control standards; SWPPP control BMP’s
• Work with Land Development Coordinators to ensure necessary permits are obtained & maintained throughout
• Update land development schedule and budget
• Bid land development work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years in the Construction industry with direct Land Development Management experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
