Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. If you have a strong background in construction estimating and are skilled in project management, negotiation, and cost control, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine materials, labor, and equipment required
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to maintain cost control
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with the construction management team to develop project schedules and timelines

Experience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Familiarity with project management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
