Ensures the staff performs project research, boundary calculations, and records accuracy of survey data, notes, and sketches. Being a Land Surveyors Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Surveyors Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Land Coordinator Summary:
Provide administrative assistance and coordination to maintain and track land opportunities, prepare feasibility books, interface with escrow and title companies, brokers, attorneys, and various consultants. Ability to handle priorities under pressure. Notary required.
Physical Requirements:
This is a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
