The Land Surveyors Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Ecological Restoration is a relatively young industry with many opportunities to grow and learn. Our projects range from the construction and installation of fiber rolls and coir envelopes to invasive species removal, mitigation plantings, and the maintenance of restored land. We work almost exclusively on projects guided by the Wetlands Protection Act permitted through local conservation commissions.
