Tectonic is actively seeking a Receptionist to work within our Corporate Office located in Mountainville, NY to work 2-3 days per work week from 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Phone reception using the Microsoft TEAMs system;
• Maintaining conference room calendars using Microsoft Outlook;
• Daily attendance tracking and screening visitors;
• Daily trip to the post office (one mile away) to drop off, pick up, and distribute Corporate mail;
• Preparing of mailings and shipments, and distribution of packages throughout the day;
• Basic data entry, scanning and copying documents as needed;
• Sanitizing of Corporate lobby and maintaining a neat and professional space;
• Assist HR Department with Corporate travel on an as needed basis;
• All other related tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the Corporate office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of related administrative experience, preferably in a professional office environment and a HS Diploma/Equivalent;
• Must possess functional computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to act as a resource for and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within a professional organization;
• Good sense and sound judgement in practical matters, with the ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Ability to multi-task in a professional atmosphere, independently or in a team environment;
• Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license and personal vehicle.

PAY RANGE

Our advertised pay ranges are representative of our good faith effort to provide a reasonable anticipated salary range. The offered pay may be outside of the provided salary range based upon the selected candidate’s work location, experience, education, certifications, and capabilities compared to the advertised position.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
