Responsibilities include:
· Interact and negotiate with landowners
· Lead generation and cold calling
· Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, leases, and other types of oil and gas agreements
· Provide administrative support and record keeping to land department
· Obtain necessary curative documents
· Gather, organize and analyze title documents to assess rights information
· Perform heirship searches
· Perform other land management activities
· Limited travel, must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Skills:
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Knowledge of oil and gas title, leases, and other related agreements
· Experience with Adobe Acrobat
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
· Advanced phone skills
