Landscape Technician  Arborist Enterprises - Lancaster, PA

Arborist Enterprises is looking to hire an Landscape Technicians to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have general landscape knowledge and experience also love for the outdoors.

Individuals in this role must have a vested interest to help our clients maintain and beautify their commercial and residential properties. This role is primarily responsible for upholding company standards in safety and general landscaping duties.

Responsibilities:

• General landscaping duties and enhancements: planting, mulching, weeding, edging, etc.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism when working on a customer’s property with company equipment.
• Demonstrate professional communication skills with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Manage and prepare vehicles, equipment, and landscaping material for client route. Maintain detailed paperwork of completed projects.
• Safely and courteously operate company vehicles and equipment.

Requirements:

• Possess and maintain a valid PA driver’s license.
• General Horticultural and landscaping practices specific to planting, mulching, weeding and edging.
• Ability to work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions and perform all physical requirements associated with a general landscape labor position.
• Ability to make on the job decisions related to safety, production and customer's requests.
• Ability to pass company-issued substance, physical, and background screenings.
• Be Reliable, Responsive and Respectful.
• Be flexible and adapt to conditions and schedule changes due to emergencies where work may require weekends and holidays when requested to service our clients.
