Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns
• Pruning and fertilizing shrubs and small trees
• Weed control and application of necessary treatments
• Planting shrubs and trees
• Communicating effectively with clients and the public
• Performing general labor tasks as required

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
• Strong communication skills

Compensation

1. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
2. Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Candidates with proficiency in both languages will be given priority consideration. Additionally, a higher pay rate is available for candidates with bilingual proficiency.
