Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking experienced Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various landscaping projects, including lawn care, hardscape, seasonal clean ups and more. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and installation of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Assist in the maintenance of landscapes by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing
- Help build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Assist with tree care tasks such as pruning and removal
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance required.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
