Landscape Production Manager
Prior Landscape Management Experience is a MUST.

Lucas Lawn & Landscape is looking for people to help our growing company. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with well-rounded knowledge of hardscape, landscape, and general outdoor living components needed for a growing company in Indian Trail.

About You:

• Proven track record of excellence in account management
• Collaborative and open to feedback
• Experience in managing multiple crews with varying workloads and locations

You’d be responsible for:

• Client Satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
• Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
