Landscape Architect Manager supervises all related activities of a staff of landscape architects and technicians. Oversees, manages, and schedules the development of exterior spaces and physical environments, the development of schematic designs and construction details, and is ultimately responsible for final project. Being a Landscape Architect Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related field. Typically reports to a top management. The Landscape Architect Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Landscape Architect Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We're seeking a self-motivated individual to work as a Landscape Crew Member. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including landscape design and maintenance under the supervision of a team leader.
Hours: Monday through Friday approximately 8 am-5 pm, hours may vary occasionally
Responsibilities:
- Maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Garden bed maintenance
- Complete hardscape installs
- Complete lawn and garden bed installs
- Landscape Lighting
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety rules and company procedure
Requirements:
- Coachable attitude
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor tasks
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Drug-free workplace
- Self-motivated and task-oriented
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
