Duties:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems
- Previous experience in supervising a team or leading a crew
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
