Whatyou willdo :

Overseethe estimation process of multiple projects mainly in residentiallandscape construction across the Brisbane greaterregion

Customerand site visits to develop a plan for their project (not stuckbehind adesk)

• Write scope ofworks
• Conduct site inspectionsduring pre during and post projectcompletion
• Liaise withcustomers inhouse designers construction managers and projectmanagers from start tofinish.
• Workwith a likeminded group of professionallandscapers.

Requirements

Whatyou need :

• Greatcustomer services / interpersonalskills
• Certificate IIILandscape Construction (desirable but not essential).
• Abilityto write full scope of works based around residentiallandscaping
• Queenslanddriver sLicence
• WhiteCard
• Musthave a positive attitude and a strong work ethic and be a strongteamplayer.
• Ableto use applesoftware
• 5years within the landscape industry is highlydesirable.
• Abilityto follow in houseprocedures
