Must be able to utilize applicable tools and equipment necessary for the job, as well as basic computer / office equipment. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, sit; talk; and hear. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and up to 70 pounds occasionally. The work environment is outside, exposed to varied weather conditions on a regular basis.
