Landscape Architect Manager supervises all related activities of a staff of landscape architects and technicians. Oversees, manages, and schedules the development of exterior spaces and physical environments, the development of schematic designs and construction details, and is ultimately responsible for final project. Being a Landscape Architect Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related field. Typically reports to a top management. The Landscape Architect Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Landscape Architect Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Office Manager

  • Responsibilities:
    - Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
    - Provide administrative support to the team, including filing documents and organizing files
    - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
    - Create estimate, invoices

    -Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
    - Transcribe meeting notes and other important information
    - Manage office supplies and inventory
    - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

    Requirements:
    - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
    - Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
    - Familiarity with office procedures is required
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English/Spanish)-A MUST
    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
    - Proficiency in using QuickBooks or willingness to learn
