Oversees, manages, and schedules the development of exterior spaces and physical environments, the development of schematic designs and construction details, and is ultimately responsible for final project.     Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Duties:

    - Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians

    - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules

    - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs

    - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects

    - Oversee the maintenance of grounds, including garden, tree care, landscape, and irrigation systems

    - Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed, including repairs, installations, and general upkeep

    - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

    - Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols

    - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

    Qualifications:

    - Valid driver's license

    - 3 years minimum of experience in a management role in landscape maintenance or facilities management

    - 2 years minimum of residental and/or commercial landscape maintenance experience

    - Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including landscape maintenance and irrigation systems

    - Proficient in building maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep

    - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

    - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

    - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
