Bemus Landscape INC is currently seeking to hire a full-time enthusiastic Landscape Business Development Manager to join our team in Southern California.

Job Summary

• Responsible for keeping accurate and current records of all activities, pending bids, sales, and pertinent account information in the company-designated CRM.
• Records will be kept in accordance with current Company policies and will be provided to management at specified times.
• Must be able to work in the field prequalifying and review the site.
• Responsible for keeping track of all prospects in the territory, maintaining regular contact with all prospects, and identifying new prospects.in the company CRM.
• Responsible for gathering all information necessary to sell, service, and maintain. The sales representative is expected to make all efforts to collect any and all information that may have a bearing on the status of any prospect or account.
• Responsible for preparing bids and proposals for presentation to prospects.
• Responsible for membership in at least one professional organization that caters directly or indirectly to prospects (Commercial and HOA Management).
• Create and maintain an ongoing prospecting and lead generation system.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a consultative, business to business sales environment; preferably within the commercial property management and/or homeowners association industry.”
• Must be proficient in using a “CRM” sales database management tool
• Possess and utilize good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate in face-to-face interactions, as well as in written correspondence, with customers, employees, and your manager.
• Bachelor's degree in the Agricultural Sciences or 30-semester units of Horticultural or Agriculture/Environmental Sciences related courses preferred.
• Must possess a valid California drivers' license
