    As a Landscape Architect, you will spearhead the planning, design, and execution of landscape projects, taking ownership from inception to completion. Your role involves crafting land use plans, due diligence packages, graphics, and materials across a diverse spectrum of land development projects. Collaborating seamlessly with our entitlement planning and landscape architecture departments, you will ensure that projects consistently meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Collaboration: Forge close alliances with the entitlement planning and landscape architecture departments to co-create land use plans, due diligence packages, graphics, and materials for multifaceted land development projects.
    • Zoning Graphics: Assist the entitlement planning department in generating zoning graphics, conducting zoning analyses, and preparing submittals for regulatory approvals.
    • Design Development: Oversee and produce conceptual designs, design development, permit landscape plans, and final construction documents using a variety of design software for diverse project types.
    • Compliance: Scrutinize and analyze plan compliance with municipal codes, zoning regulations, and planning documents, ensuring projects adhere to all relevant standards.
    • Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, providing invaluable support for various project tasks and offering professional insights and guidance to achieve project goals.
    • Client Presentations: Actively participate in and support client presentations, effectively conveying project ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders.
    • Field Reviews: Conduct thorough field reviews and inspections to guarantee adherence to landscape and hardscape plans, implementing adjustments and recommendations as necessary.
    Qualifications:
    To thrive in this role, you should have:
    • Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
    • Active board licensure preferred.
    • 5 years of proven experience in land planning, landscape architecture, or related roles.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing compliance with municipal codes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
