Landscape Architect Manager jobs in Wilmington, DE

MRA is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 5 - 10 years of experience in private sector site planning and landscape design for our office in New Castle, DE.

As Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for preparing and managing a diverse range of commercial, institutional, residential and mixed-use projects. You must have a complete understanding of the rules, regulations and policies that define the review and approval processes required for land development projects. You will meet with clients, prepare master plans, schematic design presentations and illustrative graphics. You will utilize and have proficiency in a wide range of design software such as Auto-CAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Power Point.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site planning and concept level landscape architectural design
• Graphic design presentation skills are a must
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, oral presentation experience
• Fluency in Auto-CAD as well as other design software such as Sketch-Up, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Power Point.
