Work with Owner and Leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic sales plan that includes:

Attend weekly or bi-weekly operational meetings and monthly staff meetings to ensure team participation, awareness, support and ownership in the sales and client relations process in both new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Familiarity with Asset or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends
