Laundry Manager - Healthcare jobs in Portland, OR

ImageFIRST® is the largest national linen rental and laundry service specializing in the healthcare market.

We are currently seeking for a Delivery Route Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Portland, OR.

Starting Pay $25 - $27 /hour, based on experience!!

Must be willing to work weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver products (patient apparel and professional garments (i.e., scrubs and surgical gowns) to/from our customers when needed.
• Load/Unload truck, Build Loads, Put product away on shelves
• Truck Maintenance: timely communication of repairs, preventative maintenance, accidents
• Provide route relief by driving routes to cover vacations, call outs, re-routes and additional volume
• Operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles
• Make special deliveries to customers when needed.
• Build customer loads when needed.
• Assist in the production warehouse when needed.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must successfully pass drug, physical & background test as required by DOT
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• Minimum of 3 years’ of CDL experience preferred
• Ability to lift 100 - 200 pounds on a frequent basis
• Must be willing to work evening and weekends
• Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle, 26' box truck on a daily basis
