Position: Laundry Concierge

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Laundry Attendant to join our Lemon Squeezy Laundry team. As an attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing a quality laundry experience to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail, will be instrumental in leaving a lasting positive impression on our clients and maintaining our reputation as a convenient and efficient laundry service.

Shift available - Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Work to efficiently process laundry orders
• Use the computer input orders
• Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude during interactions with clients.
• Handle items with care to maintain their quality and avoid damages.
• Handle customer enquires and ensure a postitive expereine.

Requirements:

• English and Spanish speaking prefered.
• Be able to use a computer, or be willing to learn.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry laundry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A friendly and positive attitude, representing the core values of Lemon Squeezy Laundry.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
