Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Assist in the development of training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members

Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Proficient in project management techniques, including prioritization and time management
- Sales experience preferred
