Consolidated Laundry is an ever-growing commercial laundry equipment distributor seeking high-quality Service Technicians, looking for a career, to join our company. Our Company has been in business over 55 Years. We operate Monday through Friday. Paid on-the-job training.

Starting pay $20-25.00hr with the opportunity to earn a larger salary depending on experience and capabilities. We are looking for the best candidates.

Full Time Service Technician Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Punctuality and attendance are crucial.

· Repair commercial and industrial laundry equipment at customer locations.

· Fill out and submit service call paperwork completely, accurately and timely.

· Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays properly communicated to customer.

· Effectively communicate with:

• Customers
• Dispatch
• Parts – including warranty return.
• Manager and other office co-workers.
• Equipment Vendors as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Strong electrical knowledge is required – ability to read and understand electrical schematics - ability to troubleshoot; experience with single, three phase and low voltage circuits and knowledge of AC and DC drives required.

· Ensure compliance with company, industry and regulatory safety standards and protocols.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Good computer skills.

· Maintain a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.

· Must be legally eligible for employment in the U.S.

· Must pass a drug screen, DMV check, and background check.

Physical Demands:

· Requires walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, and twisting and turning.

· Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

· Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
