Employees will also be expected to smile, behave professionally, learn how the machines work, and be willing to help any customer who asks or looks like they may need help, without hassling them. Raises are dependent on the employee’s value to the company. Valuable traits include: dependability/showing up, getting the duties done, good communication skills, people skills, attention to detail, willingness to accept continual constructive criticism, resisting the urge to waste time on devices or other nonproductive distractions, and wearing unoffensive/decent attire appropriate for housekeeping/cleaning jobs where employees are highly visible by customers. Employees are expected to keep sharing personal details to a minimum and contribute to a happy, enjoyable work environment for coworkers.
