This is a full-time on-site position located in Toppenish, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!  

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Assist machine operator to ensure highest quality packaging;
• Assist with changeovers;
• Collect and stage production supplies correctly within warehouse;
• Quality control checks;
• Maintain accurate records;
• Work together in a production and manufacturing environment;
• Accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including listening, negotiating, problem solving, and exchanging information;
• Create, enrich, and sustain strong working relationships.

Experience:

•  Prior production experience preferred, but no experience required – We will train you!
