As a crucial member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' lawns through various care and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Showing up on time with a positive attitude and a desire to help your team succeed!
Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other powered tools to maintain outdoor areas.
Maintain and repair mechanical equipment used for landscaping tasks.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other crew members
May be asked to drive truck and trailer
Assist with landscape projects, such as installing mulch, gravel, and other landscaping as needed.
Possibly assist with Snow Removal and Christmas Light Installation
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lawn care, snow plowing, landscape, or related field is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in lawn care.
Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs is essential!
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
Fantastic communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
