Lawn Service Manager manages the daily activities of workers engaged in pruning trees and shrubs, cultivating lawns, and applying pesticides and other chemicals according to service contract specifications. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager.
