Starting pay of $18/hour base, then transitioning to an hourly/bonus hybrid pay after a 2-3 month training period. Experienced technician weekly pay is in excess of $1,000/week. Overtime available if desired as well.
Job Summary: The Field Service Professional (FSP), will be responsible for performing fertilization, weed control, and pesticide applications on a specific book of clients. Client relationship building and sales also perform a crucial part of the role.
We are looking for a motivated, mature individual who has the desire to work outdoors with minimal supervision and provide our customers with exceptional service. Experience preferred. Training provided.
Must have and maintain a clean driving license. Must have the ability to lift and carry 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.
