MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH US TODAY!!Job DescriptionYour ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for Lawn Service Technicians with strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, motivated to exceed production goals, ability to provide high-quality work and contribute to a positive work environment.Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customer prior to their serviceProvide excellent communication and people skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences.Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control & fertilization service(s) with customersCommunicate in conjunction with sales staff in order to meet client expectationsRespond to customer requests in a timely mannerContinuously monitor lawn quality and fertilizing methods after application and communicate progress to customers and operation managersComplete and submit service related paperwork in a timely and orderly fashion.Completion of our initial technical training and participation in regular update training to stay current with proven practices and methods to decide on the most efficient solutions for customer's needsAdhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehiclesMaintain assigned service vehicle, equipment and tools in clean/good working conditionParticipate in collections effortsAdditional projects as assignedQualificationsOur Minimum RequirementsHigh School or equivalentSafety Sensitive Position(2) Two Saturdays per month (8am to 1pm)Must have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbsMust have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondenceMust have valid unrestricted driver's licenseMust be able to pass seven-year criminal background checkMust be able to pass substance abuse testingMust be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrierAdditional InformationYour Rewards!Company vehiclePaid holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesExcellent benefitsNo cubiclesNo Sundays ever!
