Qualifications Needed for Lawn Care Technician

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Always on time and dependable
• Lawn Care experience preferred
• Ability to relate well to customers
• High School Diploma
• Excellent work ethic
• Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision
• Self-motivated and trustworthy
• Common sense
• Desire to work outside
• Physical ability to walk several miles a day
• Pass drug test

Responsibilities Performed by Lawn Care Technician

• Manage lawn care route
• 2 Year experience in lawn care & maintenance
• Attention to individual & team safety
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Attention to DETAIL
• Maintain an organized schedule
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
