Schedule:

You must be able to work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the field. You will be asked occasionally to work weekends. This is a full-time year round position.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

Below we have detailed your areas of responsibility. Snacks and water will be provided each day.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

-Maintain valid VDACS Registered Technician License and education requirements.

-Loading products and equipment needed for the day.

-Applying fertilizer and herbicide treatments on lawns along with performing other lawn care applications such as fungicide treatments and aeration & overseeding.

-Provide mosquito, interior, and exterior pest control services.

-Manage weeds in ornamental beds using various products through our Premium Bed Care Program (PBC).

-Conducting lawn analyses and providing service recommendations for various types of lawns.

-Act as point of contact for client lawn needs.

-Answer questions and follow up on questions or concerns clients have.

-Be able to learn and use our CRM software (Service Autopilot) to complete daily tasks.

-Enter and maintain a log of all client interactions and concerns via CRM software. This includes all support email interactions, phone calls, texts, and any other concerns related to our clients.

-Support and encourage your team in any way possible.

-Assist on special projects and any other tasks as necessary.

-Meet established performance goals.

Compensation:

The starting wage is $15.00 per hour, with the potential to earn $20.00 or more per hour based on daily performance right away.

Requirements:

• MUST have a valid driver's license.
• You will be required to pass a background check.

• Already have or be interested in obtaining a valid VDACS Registered Tech License within 30 days.
