Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, landscapes, shrubs etc. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscaping.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers to promote healthy growth of lawns and plants
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of the landscape
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete various tasks
- Clear debris from lawns and landscapes
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with tree care and pruning methods
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus

Requirements:

- Transportation

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
