We are highly focused in the demand of rebuilding existing and new infrastructure including; water, sewer, storm drain, gas and electric underground utilities, in the public & private sectors.

Are you a proven "lead" with experience and contacts who is looking to have an influence on the direction of the business based on your knowledge and experience?

Candidate should have experience in the following:

• Work experience of the qualified candidate to include 5 years of estimating and winning bids
• Experience bidding water pipline/distribution
• Experienced in applicant install and direct contract work with Pacific Gas and Electric.
• Proven and verifiable track record of projects won
• A strong desire to grow and drive business, while working with upper management to create a team focus and direction for implementing a strategic plan
• Existing contacts/book of business to draw from to provide an immediate impact on bid volume
• Must be a PRO in Excel
• Experienced in Bluebeam, Procore or other bid software is required

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
