The Project Estimator/Sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at following up on leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Because you would be the face of the company, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.
This is a commissioned-based sales role. Our top representatives earn upward of $100k annually. We offer extensive training, support, and the tools necessary for you to be successful.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Estimates project work scope and cost.
· Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products & services to the needs of customers.
· Establishes prices, terms of sales, prepares contracts and orders.
· Collaborates with production department, managers, and other staff to confirm the project is produced with accuracy and efficiency.
· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise during and after the sale.
· Periodically reviews reports, status of projects, leads, and sales forecasts for the general manager.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

. Experience with sales (2 years preferred)
