MHA Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Lead Project Manager to join our team. As the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of Residential Home Construction in the Johns Island Area. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Personal client interaction, ordering, scheduing of sub contractors, liazion between construction process on sites and office accounting department.
Duties:
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with Architect, Structural Engineer, Landscape Architect
- Manage project documentation, including project schedules.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
