• Conduct presentations and sales pitches to potential clients, effectively demonstrating the value of Springer Construction services.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and client communications.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing clear metrics and insights on sales performance.
• Support the development and training of junior sales staff within the team.

Experience:

• Proven track record as a Sales Representative or similar role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Experienced in the construction industry or similar sectors is beneficial, though not mandatory.
